It's been a bit since I've had a chance to write. I've been traveling a little and working on music projects. I've had a chance to re-brand a group of Seattle promoters, as well as create a new identity for a Detroit company that does creative light installations for entertainment events.
Also, I was just re-approached to illustrate a series of children's books. This is something I would love to do when I can put together a proper schedule. Above is a preliminary sketch of a character style we are considering.
Finally, my big lesson for the last few months was due to an unfortunate "Sharpie" incident. The knowledge gained through said trauma however was astounding.
As most are surely aware, you should never use any type of solvent or cleaner on a computer screen. Particularly a big expensive flat panel.
If by any chance you find yourself accidentally scribbling on one with a permanent marker as I did, a tiny bit of toothpaste on a non-abrasive cloth takes it right off. Super sweet! I prefer the Crest Pro-Health Night formula. Thanks gingivitis!!!
